Our cleaners are reliable and experienced-checkable references on request.You will have the same cleaner every time,and you get immediate cleaner replacement in case of holiday or sicknes.

All our staff undergo the mandatory company induction. First part - (theoretical) - providing knowledge for safe housekeeping, methods of work, COSHH(Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and risk assessment. Second part - practical exam.

The clients comfort and security is our top priority. We ask our staff to provide ID (with valid working permit if required), proof of address for the last two years, at least two chekable references, and to have good command of English. Criminal check on request by the client.

Our responsibility does not end here. We have area supervisors responding to customers needs immediately.

You choose the day and time when the cleaner comes. You can be at home or alternatively you can provide us with a key (85% of our cleaners are key-holders). Our cleaners comply with the clients requirements and with the companies policies.

You pay the cleaner £ 9 phr after each visit - cash or by cheque to S.I.H 2001 Ltd. Alternatively by direct debit (bank details on request).

The client supplies the cleaning materials (or alternatively S.I.H 2001 Ltd at additional cost).

Is there a minimum requirement of hours per visit ?

Yes there is a minimum requirement of two hours per visit per person.

In such cases the company can change your cleaner in 24 hours.

Yes, our operatives can iron on the same rate as cleaning.

Clients using our domestic cleaning service regularly are entitled on 10% discount on our carpet and upholstery cleaning London service.
